There is no sign-up, no sign-in and no player profile. Popsvet does not know who is holding the phone, only that the phone has a best score on it.
The paragraph above is a plain Slovenian summary of this policy. The full text follows in English; the two say the same thing.
The rest of this page is a glossary: the words a privacy policy tends to use, each with its Slovenian equivalent and the plain fact of what Popsvet does about it. Read the entries you care about and skip the ones you do not.
There is no sign-up, no sign-in and no player profile. Popsvet does not know who is holding the phone, only that the phone has a best score on it.
No advertising network is included in the build. No banners, no interstitials between runs, no video for an extra life. The advertising identifier is never read.
No measurement library is linked. How many runs you have played, how high you scored, which bubble ended it — none of that is recorded anywhere but the score line on your own screen, and none of it reaches us.
Popsvet is a colour-and-reflex game with no chat, no names and no way to send anything to anyone. A child can play it without disclosing a thing, because the game provides no route by which anything could be disclosed.
The company responsible for the game is AV DESIGN, d.o.o., trading as CrimsonLeaf Dynamics, Brecljevo 4, 3240 Šmarje pri Jelšah, Slovenia. Director: Boštjan Kovačič. In practice there is no personal data for the company to be responsible for — but the obligation sits with it all the same.
Android Settings → Apps → Popsvet → Storage → Clear data returns the game to its first-launch state. Uninstalling removes the app's folder entirely. No request to us is needed, because no copy exists anywhere for us to delete.
Your best score is written into the app's own sandbox on the phone, a folder no other application is allowed to read. It is never uploaded, never compared against anyone else's, and disappears with the folder.
Neither the advertising ID nor the Android ID nor any other device identifier is read. Nothing in the game could tell one phone from another, and nothing tries to.
Your choice of Slovenian or English is stored alongside the score and settings, on the phone. It is a preference, not a personal detail, and it goes nowhere.
The app does not declare the INTERNET permission, so Android will not let it open a connection at all. Everything above about not sending anything follows from this one fact rather than from our good intentions. Flight mode changes nothing about how the game plays.
No runtime permissions are requested: no storage, camera, microphone, location or contacts. Settings → Apps → Popsvet → Permissions shows an empty list. Should a build calling itself Popsvet ever ask you for something, it is not ours.
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data an organisation holds on you and require access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or an end to processing. Write to us and you will have an answer within a month — it will say that no record of you exists. A complaint can be lodged with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Informacijski pooblaščenec, at ip-rs.si — or with whichever data protection authority covers the country you live in.
Three things and no more: the best score, the language choice, and settings such as sound and vibration. All of it in the app's private folder; none of it anywhere else.
Nothing is compiled into the game beyond the Android platform — no SDKs, no crash reporters, no cloud saves. One other company touches the game: Google, because Google Play is how it reaches your phone and how updates arrive. That step runs under Google's privacy policy, and whatever Google notes about it stays with Google — we neither see it nor can alter it.
If a future version adds a network feature, an online leaderboard or anything else that would change an entry above, the glossary is corrected and re-dated before that version is published. A copy already on your phone keeps to the entries it shipped with.
Questions in Slovenian or English are equally welcome, by email or by post to the address under Controller.
